Hugo H. Otto, age 92, Died on Sunday, December 18, 2016 in a Victoria hospital following an extended illness.

He was born to Frank and Ella (Jonas) Otto on April 7, 1924 in Karnes City, Karnes County, Texas.

He was a construction foreman for Nixon Central -Oilfield in Alice, Texas.

He was the owner and operator of the Alfred Flea Market, before selling and retiring.

He proudly served his country in the US Army in WW II. He received two Purple Hearts among others while in service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife - Mary Grace Otto, his son Darroll Oakes, his brother Bill Otto and sister Louise Pullin.

Survivors include: Three daughters. He was blessed with 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers, Texas.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers, Texas.

A veteran burial will follow immediately after service at the Three Rivers Cemetery, Three Rivers, by The United Veteran's Burial Association of Alice.

Services entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home of Three Rivers, Texas.
