CHAMBERS, BOBBIE JEAN - born August 18, 1932, passed away December 3, 2013. She was a member of Mount Harmony Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by: parents, James Mack and Anna Bell Green King; husband, Wayne Chambers; son, Jeff Chambers; daughter, Jill Jeanne; sisters, Viola McCarty, Opal Taylor, Christine Lindsey, Anna Kennedy, Deema Widner, Ruth Brown, and Rebecca Swaggerty. She is survived by: sister and brother-in-law, Eva and Charles Romines; brother-in-law, James Swaggerty; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 5, 2013 at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 p.m. Friday at Eastview Memorial Gardens for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service. Condolences may be offered at www.mccarty-evergreen.com.
