Olive M. Battle

Olive M. Battle, 65, of Centralia, died Sunday at a Puyallup hospital. She was born at Salmon Arm, B.C., Feb. 13, 1910.

She was a member of the American Association of Retired Person; Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 512; Ladies Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars; Independent Order of Odd Fellows; Newaukum Rock Hounds, and Rebecca Lodge, Ivy Chapter No. 21, Centralia.

Survivors include, two sons, Frank, Centralia, and Bill, McKinleyville, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Kain [Cain], McKinleyville; Mrs. Beverly Wiggins, Conway, N.H. and [daughter], Orting; a brother, Marshall Riddell, West Wold, B.C.; three sisters, Ruth, Velma and Zola, all of British Columbia, Canada; her mother, Mrs. J.B. Kay, Abottsford, B.C.; father, Forrest Riddell, West Wold, 14 grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

Services will be Wednesday, 10 a.m. Fir Lane Chapel, Spanaway. Interment will follow at Fir Lane Memorial Park, Spanaway.

Casketbearers will be O.L. (Bart) Bartlett, Amos LaRoche and Glen, Jay, Dick and John Core.

Arrangements are under the direction of Dryer Mortuary, Tacoma.
