David E. Jester, 73, Indianapolis, passed away on December 1, 2013. He was born in Indianapolis, graduated from Ben Davis High School, and was a Marine Corps veteran. Surviving is his wife, Barbara J. Clouser Jester; two sons, Kenneth DeLatte and Dennis Burton; a daughter, Angela Schmitt; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and nine siblings. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on December 4, 2013 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1375 S. Mickley Ave., Indianapolis, with calling one hour prior in the church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana. Lynhurst Neighborhood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
