Sarah K. Dillard, age 83 of Memphis passed away Friday, November 29, 2013. She was born May 30, 1930 in Ingomar, Mississippi to the late Arthur Kitchens and Totsie Spencer Kitchens. Ms. Dillard retired from Sears after 40 years of service. Every year she worked the St. Jude golf tournament, tennis tournaments at Memphis Racquet Club, and worked at the DeSoto Civic Center (Landers). She was preceded in death by her sister, Juanita Kitchens, and two brothers, Charles and Herbert Kitchens. Survivors include her daughter, Ann Anderson (Doug); her son, Tom Adair (Jill); three grandchildren, Erika Cassidy, Preston and Adreanna Anderson; two setp-granddaughters, Heather and Hope Reaves; six step-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Family Funeral Care located on Summer Avenue Monday, December 2, from 3-6 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 3 at the funeral home.
