Born May 2, 1931 in West Newton, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Jean Rae Swartz and was predeceased by her husband, Bernard G. Tkac, Sr, who died Jan. 29, 1993. Friends will be received on Sunday, July 29, 2006 in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth from noon to 4 and 7-9PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00AM in St. Isaac Jogues Church with the Rev. Robert Boyle officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela.
