A gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Griffin-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
Loretta was born on June 8, 1930, in Ontario, Calif., to Doyle and Bessie (Fisk) Oleson. She married B.J. "Joe" Fisher on June 26, 1949, in Yuma, Ariz. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2001. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Loretta loved going to lunch every day with her son and daughter, taking Daisy and Lucy for rides and loved going on her family cruises, she loved the sand, sea and surf. She also loved visiting Coronado, Calif., to spend time with her brother, sisters and relatives.
Loretta is survived by her children, Robert Fisher and wife, Brenda of Ardmore, and Carolyn "Carrie" Trail and husband, Mike of Springer; her seven grandchildren, Kristi, Kara, Rhett, Kimberly, Andrew, Natalie and Jonathan; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters Dorothy Gleason of Colorado, Dianne Tatum of California; and brother Doyle "Pete" Oleson of California.
