Mrs. Daisy De George
Mrs. Daisy De George of Little Britain Road, MD 29, Town of Newburgh, died at her home today (Saturday, Aug. 14, 1965) after a long illness.
Born in Highland Falls, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Emma Saunders
Garrison. She had lived in the Town of Newburgh 28 years and prior to that in the City of Newburgh.
Surviving are her husband, Nicholas De George; five sons, Frederick (Poe) De George of Newburgh, Frank of Coldenham, Joseph of Newburgh, Alfred of New Windsor and Thomas of Covina, Calif.; one daughter, Ethel, wife of William Hasbrouck of Newburgh; two brothers, Robert and Clarence Garrison of Newburgh; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at Toohey Bros. Funeral Chapel, 24 Lander St., on Monday at 11 a.m. by Rev. William C. Dietrich. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
