Stanford - Ronal Napier, 92, of Stanford, died Thursday at his home. Born December 23, 1910, in Owsley County, he was the son of the late William H. and Clara F. Hughes Napier. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Wilder Napier; two daughters, Audrey Plummer of Stanford, and Velma Bastin of Ozark, Ala.; a brother, Darrell Napier of Stanford; a sister, Wilma Howell of Salem, Ind.; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Paul, Gary and Bill Napier, Mark and Michael Yocum, David Bastin and Doyle Wilder. Honorary pallbearers are Harvey, James and Carl Wilder. Services will be 1 p. m. Saturday at Spurlin Funeral Home by Mark Yocum. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Visitation is 5 - 8 p. m. today.
