OBITUARY

ARTHUR R. DE WOLFE

Arthur R. DeWolfe, 67, of Candor died at the Veterans' Hospital in Syracuse, Tuesday, Nov. 20, after a long illness.
Mr. DeWolfe had been a resident of Candor for 40 years. He was a veteran of World War I, and a member of Arden Kelsey Post 907, American Legion, of Candor.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clara DeWolfe of Candor; a son, Arthur R. DeWolfe Jr. of Ithaca, two daughters, Mrs. Gerald Turner of Candor and Mrs. Lee Schmidt of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Byle of Kingston, Pa., and Mrs. Robert Gregory of Shavertown, Pa.; a brother, Clarence DeWolfe of Holyoke, Mass.; his step-mother, Mrs. George DeWolfe of Shavertown, Pa,; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Miller Funeral Home, with the Rev. M. Erford Freelove officiating. Military honors will be conducted by Arden Kelsey Post. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00.

CANDOR--Funeral services for Arthur R. DeWolfe of Candor who died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 1962, were held Friday in the Miller Funeral Home, Candor. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery where military rites were conducted by the Arden Kelsey Post American Legion of Candor.

Bearers were Paul Ward, William Jordan, Byron Gibbons, Leon VanDemark, Marshel Hover and Clinton Stevens.
