Judy Kay Robison, 66, of Mansfield, formerly of Rosebud, died Wednesday, October 16, 2013 in a Mansfield hospital. Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Rev. Lee Scott officiated. Burial followed in Woodland Cemetery in Rosebud.

Mrs. Robison was born March 26, 1947 in Rosebud to Edwin and Mildred Tawater Slovacek. She graduated from Rosebud High School and attended Southwest Texas State and the University of Texas. She worked for 30 years as administrator for Heritage House Nursing Home in Rosebud and Cameron Nursing Home in Cameron. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Rosebud.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jim Ed Slovacek. She is survived by one daughter, and one granddaughter.

Memorials may be made to Woodland Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 795, Rosebud, TX 76570 Visitation was held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
