O'Neal, Jr. of St. Peters, MO and Diann S. (Bob) Swain of Winfield, MO; dear grandpa of Crystal Scott, Heather (Jacob) Rootz, Bob Swain and Jackie (Bryan) Kirkbride; dear great-grandpa of Jameson Alan Kirkbride; dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, St. Louis Family Church or the American Cancer Society. Visitation at SHEPARD FUNERAL CHAPEL, 9255 Natural Bridge Drive at I-170 on Wednesday, November 27 from 4:00 to 8:00pm.
