Theodore F. Lindsay, former resident of Bellwood, where he was a merchant for many years, died at 5 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 21, 1942, at the Mount Lebanon Methodist home near Pittsburgh.

He was born at Neffs Mills, Huntingdon county, March 19, 1856.

Members of his family include one brother and three sisters, John R. Lindsay, Mrs. Alice Hollman (should actually have been Hoffman) and Mrs. Elizabeth Bennett, all of San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. C. B. Moffitt, Altoona. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Minnie (Williamson) Lindsay, Bellwood.

Mr. Lindsay was a lifelong member of the Methodist church.

Friends will be received at the Lawrence B. Fry funeral home at Charleroi, Pa.
