SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services for Rhonda Reneé Davidson Rogers, 51, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. John Booty. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Rose-Neath Southside.

Funeral services will also be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Hixon and Sons Funeral Home, 3001 Ryan St., Lake Charles, LA. Interment will follow in Orange Grove Cemetery in Lake Charles, LA. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2013 and from 10:00 a.m. until service time Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Hixon and Sons.

Reneé was born November 12, 1962. She passed away on November 24, 2013 in Shreveport. She was a graduate of Westlake High School and McNeese State University. In her younger years, Reneé was an accomplished dancer studying jazz, tap, ballet, and pointe. She grew over the years to enjoy yoga, interior design, and above all, spending time with her family. She was a classic southern belle with an exuberant personality, flair for life, and a passionate mother. She was the founder of Northwest Louisiana Scholarship Foundation and owner of Chelsea Couture. At the time of her death, she was President of RDR Marketing, LLC. Her wisdom, love, and support will be greatly missed by those who were closest to her. Her ideals and values are forever rooted in the hearts of her children and husband.

Reneé was preceded in death by her daughter, Chelsea Nicole; mother, Jane Denman Davidson; and father, Daniel Dyer Davidson. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dennis "Denny" Rogers, Jr.; sons, Daniel Brock Rogers and Dennis "Trey" Rogers, III; and daughters, Brittney Rogers Collins and husband, Tyler "Ty", and Nicolette Denée Rogers.

Honoring Reneé as pallbearers will be Tyler "Ty" Collins, Steve Giles, Frank Lopinto, Daniel Brock Rogers, Dennis "Trey" Rogers, III, and Joshua Scott. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Breaux and Dr. Bob Massingill.

The family expresses their grateful appreciation for the compassion and care shown to Reneé by Dr. Bob and Lisa Massingill and the staff at Christus Health Cancer Treatment Center.
