Edna Grey Broocks, 87, a bookkeeper at Yazoo City Public Schools, died Monday, December 15, 2008, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, Jackson.
Funeral services are 11 am today at Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel in Yazoo City, MS with burial in the Shiloh Cemetery, Yazoo County.
Stricklin-King Funeral Home in Yazoo City, MS is handling the arrangements.
She was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include: three sons, Jim (Loraine) Broocks of Brandon, MS, Travis Broocks of Yazoo City, MS, and Barry (Susanne) Broocks of Shreveport, LA, five grandsons, Jeffery (Ashley) Broocks of Brandon, MS, Jonathan (Tracy) Broocks of Columbus, MS, Spencer Broocks of Starkville, MS, Christopher Broocks of Shreveport, LA, and Mark (Sarah) Broocks of Shreveport, LA; and five great Grandchildren.
