David was a Veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He was active in the VFW and their Honor Guard. He retired from the City of Fremont, Water Pollution Control Department, after thirty-three years of service.
David is survived by his mother, six siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
