SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services for Vickie Lynn Wright, 56, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor John Branyan. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at the funeral home.
Vickie was born May 15, 1957 in Michigan City, IN. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 22, 2013 in Shreveport. She was a graduate from LA Tech University.
Vickie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Ahern and brother, Charles Ahern, III. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Martin Wright; mother, Alice Ahern; daughters, Stephanie Wright Lakatos and Lisa Wright Wilson; grandchildren, Alexis Salinas, Noah Wilson, and Micah Wilson; brother, Brian Ahern; and sister, Lori Ahern Branyan.
Pallbearers will be Glenn Gappo, Gavin Smith, Allen Cook, Jeff Smith, Jay Rossi, and Patrick Chasse.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
