Word has been received here of the death last week of a former Des Moines resident, Harvey Leon Webster, 49, of Kerrville, Tex. Mr. Webster died following heart attack at Kerrville where he was owner of the Humpty Dumpty Children's Apparel shop. While living In Des Moines, he was operating superintendent of the Spencer Kellogg & Sons Co. soybean plant here. He was a member of the Methodist Church and was a veteran of World War II. ; Surviving is his widow Jean; a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Hanneman of Kerrville, a brother, Charles of Pacoima, Cal.; four half-brothers; two half-sisters and one grandson. Services were held at Kerrville Monday.
