Ethel passed away Mar. 7, 1968 in Alameda Co., CA. and was buried in Sunset View Cemetery in El Cerrito, CA.

After his wife's death Allen married Francis Kaiser Swayer on Mar. 29, 1969 in Fresno, CA. Francis had been previously married and was a widow.

Allen is most likely buried with his first wife in El Cerrito, CA. His second wife moved on to Cameron Co., TX. where she passed away Feb. 22, 1991.
