JEFFERSONVILLE, GA- Sarah Agnes Fountain Poole, 70, of Gallimore Mill Rd., passed away Sunday in Dublin.
Services will be held Tuesday November 26, 2013 at 3:00PM in Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in Asbury UMC Cemetery. Rev. Charles Carter, Rev. Ryan Carnes and Chuck Blaxton will officiate.
Mrs. Poole was born in Macon, the daughter of the late Osgood "Doc" Fountain and Gladys Cannon Fountain. She was the widow of the late Oren Poole, and was preceded in death by two children and one grandchild. Sarah was a Customer Service Rep. with Ferrell Gas Company and was a member of New Life Church of God.
Survivors include her daughters, Vickie (Neil) Tomlinson of Dublin, Gin (Rockie Dyches) Poole of Jeffersonville, and Laura (Terrence Stanley) Poole of Cochran. Step Children, Bill (Kaye) Poole of Butler, and Bobby (Peggy) Poole of Butler. Brothers, Woody "Big Brother" (Faye) Fountain of Columbia, Missouri, and Andy "Lil Brother" (Paulette) Fountain of Jeffersonville. Eleven Grandchildren and Fourteen Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 Monday in the funeral home.
