Bridgette Evette Holt, 47 years of age, of Hampton, Georgia, departed this life at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, November 20th, 2013 from injuries she received after being shot several times by a male co-worker as she attemped to enter the Southern Railway office building where she worked.

Bridgette was born in Macon, Georgia on April 27th, 1966. Bridgette worked in the accounting department of Norfolk Southern Railway Company on Peachtree for 16 years.

A Wake for Bridgette was held on Sunday, November 24th, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., the Bentley & Sons Funeral Home in Macon, Georgia was in charge of the arrangements.

Funeral services were held on Monday, November 25th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Green Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Burial followed in the Macon Memorial Park.

I've touched the walls of jasper and dipped my foot in the crystal sea. The beauty is beyond words and nothing could compare, I've even seen our Lords mansion and someday I'll meet you there. Let Jesus be your guide because "His Word" will show you the way. So please don't cry because we will meet again someday.
