Thelma Ruth Combs Kelly, 77, of Baldwinsville and formerly of Kirkville, passed away Friday at Francis House. Born in Freeport, NY, she retired as an accounting clerk having worked for Agway Petroleum and The State of New York. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Patrick Kelly; a grandson, Christopher John Becker; a brother, Kenneth Combs; and a daughter-in-law, Lynn Kelly. Surviving are her children, Marie Passmore of FL, Colleen (David) Fitzgibbons of Baldwinsville, Catherine 'Kate' (Corb) Baldwin of OK, Michael (Suzanne) Kelly of NYC and Kenneth Kelly of AZ; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Winifred Combs Palmieri of NY; a brother, John (Lois) Combs of FL; a sister-in-law, Virginia Combs of GA; and several nieces and nephews. Christian Victory Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 26 at Cross of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8131 Soule Rd., Liverpool. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery. Donations may be made to the church or Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave, Syracuse 13208.
