Rita F. Dixon 83 of Jeannette died Tuesday November 15, 2011 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born May 8, 1928 in Hempfield Twp. a daughter of the late Raymond and Imelda (Marsula) Dunn. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church of Jeannette and it's Rosary Altar Society. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence L. Dixon, a brother William Dunn and a daughter in law Vicki (Greggerson) Dixon. She is survived by two sisters Alice and Eileen Dunn of Greensburg, a brother Paul Dunn and his wife Helen of Greensburg, her children Larry Dixon and his wife Sue of Elyria, OH, Ronald F. Dixon and his wife Michelle of Jeannette, Donna Ziegenfus and her husband Jeff of Greensburg, Dennis J. Dixon of Jeannette, Sheila Ramler of Jeannette, Mary Beth Wallace and her husband Russell of Jeannette, Emily Christofano and her husband Anthony of Jeannette and Colleen Baden and her husband Bob of New Alexandria, thirteen grandchildren Katie and Gregory Dixon, Carly and Alycin Dixon, Sarah and Lauren Ziegenfus, Katie Shrum and her husband David, Jeremy Ramler, Andrea Sebastiani and her husband Patrick, Paige and Brad Wallace, Nickolas and Tyler Baden and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the John V. Graziano Funeral Home 228 N. Second St. Jeannette.
