Mrs. Alice B. McCreight, 76, Ravenswood, Delavan Lake, died Friday in the Homestead Convalescent Hospital, Delavan. She had been an area resident the past 36 years. She was born in Ireland Sept. 11, 1888, and married in Chicago to David McCreight. He died Oct. 3, 1928. She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Alice John, Chicago. The funeral was held at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Andrew's Church, the Rev. Donald Zerkel officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Chicago, with Monroe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
