Services for Adell A. Adcock will be held today, Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Barham Chapel with Revs. Tommy Espey and T. J. Jennings officiating. Burial will be in Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery in Collinsville with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Adcock, 94, of Collinsville, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Bob Adcock, Collinsville, and Billy Adcock and his wife Henrietta, of Nashville, TN: daughter, Dianne Martin and her husband Tom of Collinsville; six grandchildren, Valorie Threadgill, Pam Rodgers and her husband Joey, Stephanie Pelham, Teresa Lofton and her husband Jerry, Yvonne Mabry and her husband Johnny and Mary Hieronimus and her husband Raymond; 18 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Levon Agent and his wife Nina of Houston, Texas; sister, Norma Jean Thrasher of Monroe, LA; and special friend, Helen Ethridge of Collinsville. She is preceded in death by her husband, James O. Adcock, four brothers, three sisters, and her parents, Lacy and Mary Agent. Visitation will be today from 12:30 p.m. - 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
