MUNCIE--Raymond Hibbard, 82, died Thursday in his daughter's home. He had lived in Brandon, Fla., for the past 30 years. He had worked as a lather for the Carpenter's Union of Tampa. He retired in 1985.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hibbard, whom he married June 21, 1947; two daughters, Karen Coleman (husband-Steve) of Muncie and Cheri Pichon (husband-Tom) of New Orleans; three granddaughters, Lana Heavenridge (husband-Brian), Cristy Smith (husband-Bill) and Suzann Coleman; a great-grandson, Travis Heavenridge; two brothers, Cecil Hibbard, Muncie, and Samuel Hibbard, Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Kathleen Conrad, upper Michigan, and Virginia Stahl of Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until time for service on Monday at the mortuary.
