Funeral services for Mr. Lee Adam Ryder, 70, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 24, 2013 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings with Rev. Mitchell Gott officiating.

Burial will be in the Ardoin Cove Cemetery.

Mr. Ryder died at 12:41 a.m., Friday, November 22, 2013 in the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

Funeral home visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday; and 8:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.

Mr. Ryder was a retired tool pusher. He taught a Sunday school class at Camelot Brookside Nursing Home.

Mr. Ryder is survived by his wife, Linda Ardoin Ryder of Roanoke; one daughter, Lorinda Ryder Trahan and husband Andy of Welsh; three sisters, Joyce Vauhan of Oil City, LA, Rose Loftin of Duson, Jean Hobson of Roanoke; two brothers, Jim Ryder of Jennings, Robert "Black" Ryder of Lake Arthur; three grandchildren, Jacob Trahan and wife Heather of Welsh, Trevor Trahan and wife Morgyn of Lake Charles, Casey Trahan and wife Martha of Lafayette; one great grand-daughter, Joan Trahan; his best buddy, "Max" and best friends, Irwin and Missy LeJeune.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Cora Dupre Ryder; and two brothers, Wilfred "PeeWee" Ryder and Gilbert "Tex" Ryder.
