Born in Eugene, Oregon, Dennis, spent much of his childhood in the North Seattle area in Washington state.. He moved to Battle Ground, Washington at the age of 15.
He graduated from Summit View High School in Battle Ground, Washington, then went on to join the Washington National Guard, deploying twice, Iraq then Afghanistan.
Upon coming home, he became the proud father of daughter Alysa. And he pursued a career as a power line clearance crew foreman while working for Kemp West Inc.
Dennis enjoyed baseball, music, fishing, video games, fast cars, and spending time with his daughter.
Services were held graveside on November 22, 2013, Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR. Celebration of Life and potluck followed at at Manor Grange, Battle Ground, Washington.
