Robine Webb Farnsworth, 80, of Walnut Creek, Calif., a former Colorado Springs resident, died of cancer Dec. 7 at her home after a two-month illness. She was homemaker and had been a clerk with the Kansas Department of Highways for 10 years.

Private family services were conducted. Cremation has taken place. Interment was at Oakmont Memorial Park, Lafayette, Calif.

Mrs. Farnsworth was born April 11, 1908, in Colorado Springs, to Dr. Gerald B. Webb and Virginia Howell Davis Hayes Webb. Mrs. Farnsworth's father was an early 20th century specialist in tuberculosis treatment. She had lived in Walnut Creek for 15 years and Topeka, Kan., for 25 years. Mrs. Farnsworth also had lived overseas while she was married to a foreign service officer.

She is survived by three sons, Fred of Alameda, Calif., Charles of Berkeley, Calif., and Robert of Sacramento, Calif.; a brother, Joel A. H. Webb of Colorado Springs; two sisters, Marka W. Stewart and Leila Davidson, both of Colorado Springs; and six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Contra Costa County, 140 Mayhew Way, Suite 606, Pleasant Hill, Calif., 94596.
