ALAMEDA, Nov. 9. - Following a long illness, Mrs. Lily Lawler Bayne died Saturday night at her home in Los Gatos, where she had resided for some time on account of her health. Mrs. Bayne was the wife of Duncan M. Bayne, a well known local merchant, whose place of business is at 1___Lincoln avenue.
Mrs. Bayne is survived by three children, Jean, Bertha and Lily Bayne. She was a native of Dublin and 38 years of age. Deceased had a host of friends in Alameda who will be shocked to her of her passing.
The funeral will be held Wednesday.
