Bonita Lois Hill, 24, of Red Lake, MN, died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at her home in Red Lake.
Traditional Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Red Lake Community Center in Red Lake, MN. A wake will begin 12:00 noon, Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Red Lake Community Center and will continue until the time of the service. Interment will be at the St. Mary's Mission Catholic Cemetery in Red Lake, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.
She was born on August 4, 1987, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the daughter of Bonita G. Hill and Palmer Edwards. She lived with her family in Minneapolis for a few years, and later moved to Red Lake where she spent most of her life. She graduated High School at NAY WEE in Minneapolis, and moved home to Red Lake.
She worked as a PCA at Home Heart Care. She loved going to the casino, watching movies, playing music, taking pictures and designing photo albums, visiting friends and family members. She was well known and liked by everyone.
She is survived by: Mother, Bonita Gayle Hill of Red Lake, Brothers, Vincent Frank Hill of Red Lake Palmer "Buster" Edwards Jr. of Virginia, Nikena Edwards of Virginia,
She was preceded in death by her sister Stacy Lanette Hill, father Palmer Edwards, uncles Darryl W. Hill, Faron D. Hill, grandparents Frank Hill and Alice M. Hill.
