HICKS, CHRISTOPHER C. - age 66, of Clarksville, TN formerly of Seymour, TN passed away Saturday November 16, 2013. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran giving over twenty one years of his life in service of his country. He was preceded in death by his parents, John R. and Edith Smelcer Hicks. Survivors: wife: Dilza Hicks; sons: Andrew Hicks and Alain Hicks; daughters: Stacy League and Christy Daniels; grandchildren: Brayden Parker Hicks, Mikayla Helton, Katelin Helton, Ivey League, and Meadow League; brothers: Robert Hicks and wife Judi, and David Hicks; sister: Faye Teets and husband Mark; nieces: Rhonda Galyon and Ashley Teets; several great nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7:00 PM Thursday in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Rev. Earl Lane and Rev. Terry Nelson officiating. Graveside service and interment 9:30 AM Friday in East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery John Sevier Hwy. with full military honors.
