Lee was born in Fresno, CA to Howell and Jesse Duncan. He moved to Turlock in 1944 where he and his wife Anne owned and operated a milk shake shop for 4 years. He then worked for Christofferson's in the poultry division and later as a supervisor at Foster Farms for 25 years.
Lee was Turlock's oldest living Lion's Club member, of which he was a member for 60 years, with 45 years of perfect attendance. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, and The Church of Christ on Tully Road in Turlock.
On October 3, 2007, he and his wife celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.
He is survived by his loving wife Anne, sons Donald Duncan, Thomas Duncan; daughter Leanne Allen; brother John Duncan; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters and 6 brothers.
