LLEWELLYN, Ellis Hiram

Ellis Hiram Llewellyn, 60, of 1208 National Highway, LaVale, died today at his residence following an illness of two years. Born in Gilmore, he was a son of the late David and Bertha (Coleman) Llewellyn. Mr. Llewellyn was a member of the St. Mark's United Church and a self-employed electrical contractor. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Agnes (Wierzbicka) Llewellyn; five sons, William Llewellyn, LaVale; Roger, Ronald, Donald and Gilbert, all of Cumberland; two daughters, Mrs. Donna McKenzie, Gilmore, and Miss Betty Ann Llewellyn, at home; two brothers, David Llewellyn, Liberal, Kansas, and James Llewellyn, Gilmore; five sisters, Mrs. Arvella Loar, Gilmore; Mrs. Deaunna McGregor, Lonaconing; Mrs. Bertha Bantz, Shaft; Mrs. Nellie Cutter, Woodland; Mrs. Helen Thrasher, Midland, and six grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, LaVale, today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. W. William Crawford officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
