Mr. Enfield was born October 9, 1909, at St. Joseph, MO. He lived in Kansas City before moving to Barry County in 1939. He had lived in the Golden area about 30 years before moving to Cassville two years ago to live with a daughter. He was a poultry grower and had worked as service manager for Norris Grain Company, Monett, before retiring.
He married Annamae Ayres in January 1931. She died in February 1992.
Survivors include two sons, David Enfield, Wellsville, KS, and Ernie Enfield, Stilwell, KS; two daughters, Jackie Bowman, Cassville, and Jodi Williams, Bella Vista, AR; a brother, Steve Enfield, Kingman, AZ; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services were held on Sunday at Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. The Rev. Bill Dudley officiated. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Cassville.
