Mr. Fairman was born in Clifton Springs NY on July 3, 1942, son of Ann ( late Arthur) Hansen and late Robert Fairman.
Mr. Fairman served in the United States Marine Corp. from 1960 until his honorable discharge in 1964. He retired after 30 years of service from R.P. Adams Company in the Town of Tonawanda.
Mr. Fairman was a former member of the American Legion Sikora Post, he volunteered at the VA Hospital. He loved his birds and his dog Jax.
Mr. Fairman was good friends with everyone at Schabadoo's , Partners and the East Ave. Tavern.
Beloved husband of the late Dawn M Fairman who passed away in 2010; father of Shelly ( John) Sommers, Ivy ( Tim) Coughlin, Wilbert ( Sharon) Bair, Holly ( Ken) Klug, Perry ( Carol) Bair and Todd ( Jean) Bair, all of North Tonawanda; brother of Allyn Fairman, Carol Maronza, Kathy Rose, Karen Myers, Ricky ( Una) Hansen, Sherry Hansen and the late Nancy Ross; also survived by many grand children, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
