Benjamin "Carl" Gray passed away November 14, 2013 at Beacon Place.
Funeral service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3719 Pinetop Road Greensboro, NC on Monday November 18, 2013 at 2:oo pm With Bishop Rick Fenton officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Carl was born May 15,1943 in Greensboro, NC to the late Commy and Edith Freeman Gray. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and worked at Modern Metals. He loved watching UNC Tarheels Sports.
He was predeceased by his parents and brother Bill Gray. Carl is survived by his loving wife Elaine Gray of the home; children, Barbara Decker and husband Buddy of Pleasant Garden NC, Steven Gray of Browns Summit, NC. Michael Gray, and Lynn Gray both of Greensboro, and Scott Gray and wife Ashley of Whitsett, NC; grandchildren, Trey, Tiffany and Misty Decker, Mikey, Keriann, Summer, Zackary, Mackenzie and Skylar Gray; sister, Patsy Roland of Greensboro; Brothers, Leon Gray and wife Margaret of South Carolina, Jerry Gray and wife Athene of Franklinville, NC. Doug Gray of Oak Island, NC; sister-n-law Sarah Gray Reidsville, NC
