Eura Dickenson Teague, 92, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Grace Healthcare in Abingdon, where she resided several years.

Born in Wise County on December 31, 1913, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Rebecca Shupe Dickenson, and was the widow of the late Marvin E. Teague, a long time employee of Old Dominion Power Company.

She was also preceded in death by her 2 brothers, Reverend C.B. Dickenson and Lake E. Dickenson; 6 sisters, Ella Black, Eula Carter, Elizabeth Hurley, Rose Thompson, Cornelia Spease and Virgie Carey; son-in-law, Kenneth Bolling and sister-in-law, Kathryn Six.

She is survived by her children; Peggy Bolling of Lebanon, Joseph W. Teague and his wife, Mary Jayne of Charlottesville, Nancy Washburn and her husband, Jack of Abingdon and Bobbi Teague of Abingdon; 8 grandchildren; Debra Bush and her husband, Ronnie of Lebanon, Susan Bolling and her husband, Randy Richardson of Lebanon, Cherie Henderson and her husband, Dave, of Gadsden, Alabama, Kay Poole and her husband, Randy, of Abingdon, Kenny Bolling and his wife, Sharon, of Bristol, Chip Sowell of Amarillo, Texas, Joe Teague,Jr. and his wife, Cathy of BLoomington, Illinois and Cynthia Pistulka and her husband, Gary of Charlottesville; 12 great grandchildren; David Owens, Jaime Lane, Matt Henderson, Traci and Adam Poole, Nick Bush, Emily and Lily Bolling, Cody and Derek Sowell, Rachel Teague and William Pistulka and 2 great great grandchildren; Gwendolyn and Chloe Lane.

In addition, she is survived by 3 sisters, Nadine McHale of Baltimore, Lorene Humbert of St. Charles, Jean Swisher of Kingsport and sister-in-law, Mildred Dickenson of Baltimore; several nieces and nephews.
