Michael Ray Staggs, 23, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011. He is survived by his parents, Michael Staggs and wife Barbara, and Susan Devine and husband Donnie; three sisters, Jennifer Staggs, Harley Staggs and Alyssa Wood; a brother, Christopher Staggs; his paternal grandfather; Ken Gattis; paternal grandmother, Ruby Sponhouse; maternal grandmother, Pauline Bagley; maternal grandfather, Billy Rae Bagley; great-grandmother, Millie Birchard; girlfriend, Devon Wilson; a stepsister, Heather Kosch; and three stepbrothers, Joshua Kosch, Johnathan Kosch and Matthew Kosch. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at noon at Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Service chapel in Hope Mills.
