Judy was born on February 14, 1966 in Dallas, TX to parents Reva (Featherston) and Bobby Rasco and joined her husband in Heaven on November 14, 2013 at the age of 47. Judy was lovingly called "Nanna" by her grandchildren. She dearly loved her family and was a giver of herself to others. Judy enjoyed watching her soaps. She graduated from Dallas Christian High School and worked in the insurance business for 29 years. Judy was a member of the Styx Church of Christ. She was a loving and caring lady who will be missed by all who knew her.
Judy is preceded in death by her loving husband Carl Roark, mother Reva Rasco, niece Kelsey Clary and nephew Zachary Swan.
She is survived by her daughter Courtney Smith and husband David, son Cody Roark and girlfriend Brittany Ritter, father Bobby Rasco, grandchildren; Harlie Jennings, Autumn Roark, Alyssa Roark, sisters; Cindy Clary and husband Mark Clary, Becky Swan and husband Jeff, brother Ray Rasco and wife Kathy, numerous nieces and nephew, other loving family members and many friends
