ELIZABETH CAROL ADKINS, 65, of West Portsmouth, died Thursday, November 14, 2013, at SOMC Hospice.

She was born October 15, 1948, in Illinois.

Carol is survived by her husband John William Adkins Jr., who she married in January 5, 1966, a son Wayne Adkins of West Portsmouth, two daughters, Jamie Adkins Frazie of Cincinnati, and Charlene Stone of Garrison, Kentucky, three brothers, James (Donna) Beamont of Florida, William "Billy" (Flo) Loveless Jr., and Robert "Bobby" (Debbie) Loveless all of Rantoul, Illinois, two sisters, Joann Meier and Betty Jean "Jeanie" (Pat) Dolan all of Rantoul, Illinois, six grandchildren, Aaron Adkins, Brandan Frazie, Jessica Adkins, Amber Stone, Blake Adkins and Kayla Adkins and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, November 17, 2013, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, with George Grice officiating. Interment in Scioto Burial Park.
