Patricia Lee Carroll Houston age 68 of Gallatin passed away Saturday April 16, 2011. Funeral service will be Monday April 18th at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Bruce Cunningham officiating. Entombment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Daryl Houston, Andy Houston, Greg Houston, Mark Menz, Jack White and Ken Stroop serving as pallbearers. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday and continue until time of service. Patricia was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 30, 1942 daughter of the late Herman and Delphia Carroll. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Carl Houston, and one sister, Brenda Carroll Karpinski. She is survived by two nephews Kevin (Sherri) Karpinski and Michael (Carolyn) Karpinski all of Cleveland, Ohio, and two cousins Sandra Sullivan White and her husband Jack of Gallatin and Glenna Sullivan Hammons of Blanchester, Ohio, six great nephews and numerous other second and third cousins.
