Son of Archdeacon Tucker, and of Mrs. George Tucker, of Palmetto Grove, Bermuda.

Note*: There is some uncertainty about his year and place of birth. The posted article (see photo 5 on this memorial) says he was born in Sangerties-on-Hudson, New York in 1894. However, he indicated on his attestation papers that he was born in Bermuda in 1896.
