EPPS — Funeral services for James Aaron Southwick, 85, of Epps, were to be at 10:30 today at First National Funeral Home of Delhi with the Rev. Pat Loftin officiating. Burial was to be in Delhi Masonic Cemetery.
Mr. Southwick died Sunday night at the Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi following a brief illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emmie H. Southwick, Epps; one daughter, Mrs. John Lowe, Shreveport; one son, Hillman Southwick, Houston, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Bandy, Pollock; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Elbert Ezell, Inmon Powell, Walter Hillman, Bobby Miller, J. D. Segers and Ralph Hillman.
