GALVESTON — Stella Bell, 77, received her reward of eternal rest on Saturday, July 5, 2008, at UTMB.
Stella was born on August 14, 1930, in Bunkie, Louisiana to Remus and Dollie Texada.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Sam Bell; son Leroy Wafer; one brother and one sister.
Stella will be missed by many and will never be forgotten be those who loved her. Stella cherished all her grand and great grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2008, followed by funeral service at 11 a.m. at the St. John Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
