Mrs. Faith Elaine Van Scoy, 86, of 605 Water St., were held Monday morning in Garden of Memories. Arrangements were under the direction of Grimes- Plummer Funeral Chapels. She passed away Saturday in Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 17, 1893 Roaring Springs, she lived in Greenwood, Ark. before moving to Kerrville in 1969. She was married to Roscoe Van Scoy on April 16, 1921 in Fort Smith, Ark. and he preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Survivors include one son, D.A. Van Scoy . of Simonton; two grandsons, William Donald Van Scoy of Houston and David Paul Van Scoy and one great granddaughter, Julie Marie Van Scoy, both of Simonton.
