William Jasper "Jap" MCMANUS was the first of eleven known children born to David MCMANUS (1818-1818) and Martha Ann WRIGHT (1818-1818). He was married to Harriet Elizabeth BROWN EDGAR 24 Jan 1867 in DeWitt County, TX. It was his first marriage and her second. She had been married to Arthur S. EDGAR (1828-1863).
