Clinton married Bessie J. Davenport (born circa 1887 in Iowa) on January 9, 1906, in Benton County, Washington. Sometime after Mr. Clinton's death and the 1920 U.S. Census, Bessie remarried (Joe Barriage, or Darrage.) The Blairs had three children:
* Minta Blair Cunningham Edwardson Lokken (1906-1986,)
* Vernice M. Blair (born circa 1908,) and
* Beulah Blair (born circa 1911.)

Mr. Blair worked as a laborer, and that arrangements for his August 27, 1910, burial were made by Mrs. M. H. Smith.
