George Adams a well known resident of Cresson, died at noon on Monday of heart trouble, having been a sufferer for a long time. He was born at Carrolltown, 69 years ago and was the son or Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Adams both deceased. He was married at Loretto, in May 1896 to Miss Catherine O'Neill, who survives with these sisters: Mrs. Mary McCulty, of South Fork; Alice Adams, of Altoona, and Mrs. John McCulty of Carrolltown. The deceased had been for a number of years janitor of the Cresson public schools until compelled to retire by reason of ill health.
