Philip R. Jones, 71 years of age passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022 at Mercy House in Endicott, NY. Philip was predeceased by his parents Robert M Jones and Patricia Smith Jones. He is survived by his brother Alan M. Jones and his sister-in-law Noreen C. Jones. He also leaves behind special friends; Johnny Johnson who lives in Washington State, Gennie McNick and Faith Brown who took him under their wings to help him during difficult times in his life. They were his angels. Philip worked at the Perfume Factory, Fairplay Carmel Factory and Pancho's Pit as a "sous-chef". He was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Binghamton, NY. We want to thank Broome Oncology at Lourdes Hospital for his wonderful care. Also, to Mercy House of the Southern Tier in Endicott, NY. We would like to thank all the staff for their super loving compassionate care. A Funeral Service will be held at Vestal Hills Memorial Park Chapel in Vestal NY on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 11am with Minister Ron Marlin conducting the service.
